Woman arrested for directing child to steal stroller from front porch

A woman was arrested on Thursday after sending a young boy to steal a baby stroller.

Raysa Duran, 27, was arrested yesterday at 4:45 p.m. for directing a young boy to steal a stroller off a porch near 35th Ave and 97th Street on Sunday, according to the NYPD.

She is being charged with petty larceny, child endangerment and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, according to police.
