April 10, 2019 By Meghan Sackman

Police have arrested and charged a Jackson Heights man in relation to a fatal shooting that happened inside his 88th Street home on Monday.

Nestor Londono, 49, was charged with manslaughter in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon and criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Police say at 11:57 a.m. on April 8, a 911 call was made regarding a shooting at 37-14 88th Street, the shooter’s home.

Upon arrival, police found 31-year-old Jeffrey Arroyo, a Jackson Heights resident, with a gunshot wound to the chest. Arroyo was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital where he was declared dead upon arrival.

Police say about an hour later, they took Londono from his residence, the location of the shooting, for questioning and arrested him later that day.

Police believe that the incident was drug related but the motive of the homicide is still being investigated.

Londono is currently awaiting his arraignment.

AOC is busy being a moron. Those are the consequences for electing people just because she promised taking from the makers and giving to the takers.

That so many people downvoted this is appalling. It’s either drugs or prostitution. It’s so painfully obvious and would be so easy to bust up. How wants that in the neighborhood? I’m shocked, but it seems quite a few residents like these thugs

The question is: Where they illegal aliens? Let’s not forget what Trump said, “they bring drugs, they are rapists, and some I assume are good people”.

He also said “we’ll build a wall and make Mexico pay for it” but that was a complete lie.

He was honest when he said he “grabs ’em by the pussy” at least.

Police from the 112th Precinct in Forest Hills and Transit District 20 are looking for a man, who is built like an NFL player, for allegedly groping a 50-year-old woman as she waited for the subway near the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst on Monday morning.

The victim was standing on the southbound M/R platform at the 59th Avenue subway station on the Queens Boulevard line when a stranger approached her and touched her left buttocks, police said. The brute fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. The woman was not injured during the incident.
