Police are searching for two suspects who robbed a Jackson Heights bodega at knifepoint early Monday and made off with $500 cash.

The suspects entered Mehboob Grocery, located at 83-09 37th St., on Oct. 26 at around 1 a.m. and pointed a knife at an employee who was working behind the counter, according to police.

The pair demanded the worker, a 50-year-old man, hand over property before the suspects got behind the counter and stole $500 cash from the register, police said.

They then fled the scene on foot westbound along 37th Avenue.

The worker did not suffer any injuries, police said.

Police released footage of the two men fleeing the store during the incident.
