A second suspect has been arrested for the June killing of a Corona man.

Kevin Guerra, 21, of East Elmhurst, was arrested Friday and charged with murder, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of weapon in connection to the June 30 shooting of Dante Sartillian, 21, police said.

Joshua Petillo, a 23-year-old man from South Ozone Park, was arrested July 27 for his role in Sartillian’s death, police said. He was also charged with murder, criminal use of a firearm and criminal possession of a weapon.

Sartillian was shot in the chest on Warren Street near 41st Avenue at around 11:40 p.m., according to police. The wounded victim walked about a block before collapsing in front of a restaurant.

Sartillian, who lived less than a mile from where he was killed on 111th Street, was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.

A .40 caliber bullet was recovered at the scene, police said.
