Any kid that wears his pants half way off their ass is up to no good , . If they don’t half respect for themselves they don’t have respect for anyone or anything.
Inner city youth ,

Violent teen criminals should be punished the same as adults .
Don’t do the crime if you can’t do the time.
Captain- Where have you been the last 25 years? Teens are treated as adults..
And if it was the other way around it would have been call a hate crime & everyone would be protesting and crying racist

This is the demographic– the new pupils Mayor DiBlasio wants to open the specialized high schools to. Why not improve the elementary through Middle School education? Not everyone is Specialized High School Caliber. Why not more vocational schools? Why is it that all they (JVB & DiBlasio) do is try to destroyed the middle class, the hard working NYer’s who struggle each and every day, who have purchased our homes in this neighborhood, they drop the homeless in hotels throughout our neighborhood and now are taking aim to destroy one of the last vestiges and shining stars of the NYC public school education system that works, the specialized high schools. Schools like Bronx Science, York, Lehman, Stuyvesant High School and a host of others. You have your kids, they work hard, excel, stay in school and study hard instead of hanging out, playing videos games, smoking weed so they can get in to best public schools now to share the space with the incoming thugs like the ones on the video. Brace yourselves for what is coming. It’s not good.
Well said LIC Concerned! Unfortunately, there is NO RESPECT for anyone, or anything. Adults and children don’t even have respect for themselves! Respect certainly was not taught in these thug’s homes. Responsibility for one’s actions is not taught either! Now it seems both adults and children strive for the lowest common denominator rather than striving for better! Unfortunately, those who try to teach respect, is accused of being bigots, or racists. People who work hard, instill values in their children are not valued. It is very easy to drop out, go on welfare and blame “the rest of the world” rather than take responsibility for one’s life. Just look at the politicians we vote into office! Look at their “morals”. They pander to the “lowest common denominators”. This is a sad comment on what our society has become.
