These dirt bags are asking for another subway vigilante.
I see cops at 74st Station texting on their phones and just hanging out . NYPD needs to be more proactive.
Uphold the law , enforce the rules and incidents like these won’t happen.

That’s a nice clear photo of him. He’ll only serve a year in jail if that. If he’s not legally in the US, he should be tried, charged, and released from the country with a suspended sentence, if he reenters the US, he should be immediately detained and his sentence tripled. US immigration policy is way too permissive. We have people overstaying student visas for years. Easy way to fix that, is fine the school $1,000 a day if someone overstays their student visa.

Hey Anonymous! Try reading, “The suspect is described as a Hispanic…” doesn’t sound like what you’re calling “an american white guy”

His legal/illegal status is unknown. And for pc reasons the Jackson Heights Post would never include info this in any story. However you can search for yourself here: http://www.illegalaliencrimereport.com/

Apr. 11, 2024 By Council Member Robert Holden

In 2019, the State Legislature and Governor Andrew Cuomo embarked on a controversial overhaul of New York’s criminal justice system by enacting several laws, including cashless bail and sweeping changes to discovery laws. Simultaneously, the New York City Council passed laws that compounded these challenges, notably the elimination of punitive segregation in city jails and qualified immunity for police officers. These actions have collectively undermined public safety and constrained law enforcement effectiveness.
