Police Looking for Men Who Attempted to Rob Jackson Heights Food Truck at Gunpoint

The police are looking for two men who attempted to rob a Jackson Heights food truck at gunpoint last week.

The suspects entered the Rusticos Latin Food Truck, located at 82-17 Northern Blvd., at around 12:24 a.m. on Friday July 8, before pointing a firearm at the three workers inside the truck.

The two men demanded property from the employees but fled the scene empty handed. There were no injuries stemming from the incident.

The suspects are described as being in the 20’s with a light complexion. Police have released surveillance video and photos of the men.
