The police are looking for a pickpocket who stole an 88-year-old woman’s wallet while she was inside the newly-opened Old Navy on 82nd Street.
The victim was shopping at the 37-50 82nd Street store at around 4:00 p.m. on March 31 when an unidentified woman reached into her pocketbook and removed the 88-year-old’s wallet, which contained $60, according to police. The suspect then fled the store.
Police have release video of the suspect who is described as female and last seen wearing all dark clothing.

Many people are very careless leaving their handbags unzipped. It is mostly young ladies busy on their phones. Even when closed they have the bags on their shoulder behind them or leave it on a chair in a restaurant. You are easy targets and should be more mindful as this can cause a lot of stress.
She probably is on welfare, and doing the stealing at the same time. I hope they get her. And get her out.
