The police released video footage and photos of four men Thursday who are wanted for slashing and beating a man as he left a bar in Jackson Heights last month.

The incident took place outside Lima Restaurant and Bar, located at 85-07 Northern Blvd., at around 3:40 a.m. on Sunday, May 22, when the 23-year-old victim was leaving the establishment accompanied by a woman, police said.

The pair was approached by the men who allegedly made offensive comments to the woman. It isn’t clear what exactly was said.

The victim confronted the four men and got into a dispute with them, which escalated into a fight, cops said.

One suspect pulled out a knife and slashed the victim multiple times across his chest and abdomen, while the other three individuals punched him, according to police.

The group then fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction, police said.

The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health and Hospitals/Queens where he was treated for his injuries and subsequently released.

All four suspects are around 21-years-old, cops said.

The perpetrator with the knife, according to police, has a medium build with a long ponytail. He was last seen wearing a T-shirt with a graphic on the front, jeans, and sneakers.

The second suspect is also described as having a medium build. He has short dark hair and was last seen wearing a T-shirt with a heart graphic on the front, jeans and sneakers.

The third assailant has a thin build and short hair. He was last seen wearing a T-shirt, jeans and sneakers.

Police say the fourth suspect is athletic looking with a goatee and short, close-cut dark hair. He was last seen wearing a long-sleeve t-shirt, jeans and sneakers.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers website at https://crimestoppers.nypdonline.org/
