Police have arrested the man who allegedly forcibly touched an 11-year-old girl’s chest.

Jose Para, 35, has been charged with first degree sex abuse and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

According to police, Para allegedly approached the girl and touched her chest on June 23 in the vicinity of 79-17 Albion Ave.

Police released surveillance footage of Para earlier this week. They announced his arrest on Thursday.
