Police have arrested a man wanted in connection with a sexual assault of a 15-year-old girl while she was asleep on the 7 train in Corona on Sunday, according to police.

Kenneth Kou, 28, was taken into custody Wednesday around 6:30 p.m. at his place of employment in Nassau County and later arrested, police say.

Kou was charged with sex abuse, forcible touching, and acting in a manner injurious to a child, according to police.

Kou, who lives on Long Island in the vicinity of Evans Avenue and Wentworth Avenue, allegedly pressed his body against the victim while she was sleeping on a Queens-bound 7 train as it was approaching the Junction Boulevard station at around 3:45 p.m. on May 26, police said.

Police said the detective squad received a tip that led to Kou’s arrest.

The investigation remains ongoing.

Why did you capitalize "open borders?"

Is that the name of a new book store or are you just too stupid to understand what capitalization is?

Dear “Why did you capitalize “open borders?””:

When questioning a quote the question mark (?) should be placed outside of the actual quote (“…”), not inside. Correct grammar is …”open borders”? NOT …”open borders?”. *Note the placement of the question mark. To answer your next question; “NOT” isn’t the “name of a new book store” either.

“Open Borders” is one translation of “Pueblo sin Fronteras’s”; an organization that demands America accept and welcome the millions of illegal aliens. Therefore capitalization is correct. Capitalization can also be used as a licensed means for emphasis.

Your simple “just too stupid” remark is itself a stupid response to an opinion that you apparently disagree with. Your ad hominem (name calling) just comes off as somewhat GEDish. There is no real point to it.

Now, would you care to discuss my other use of capitalization “Amnesty for All”? I can also explain that to you.

I agree, the "open boarders" poster seems really dumb

Thanks for agreeing with me. To your whataboutism: you’ve got a great point: other people have done things.

You really think it's spelled "boarders"
