Celebrate Easter at Upcoming Egg Hunt and Musical Events

Egg hunts and musical performances in East Elmhurst and Astoria will welcome Easter starting this Saturday.

East Elmhurst Community School PS 329 at 26-25 97th St. will start the celebrations early with an Egg Hunt and Craft Fair on March 24. Local vendors will also set up tables to sell homemade food, artwork and crafts. The event will take place from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Cathedral of Saint Markella, an Eastern Orthodox Church at 22-68 26th Street in Astoria, will offer a place for people to experience the spiritual side of the holiday. The Byzantine Choir of St. Nicholas Church will perform Byzantine Hymns on March 31 from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m.

An Easter egg hunt for children up to 5 years old will take place at ACD PlaySpace at 31-24 38th Street in Astoria on March 31. The youngest children are invited to search for eggs from 3:30 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., and a separate hunt for kids who can walk will be held from 4:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Crafts, open playtime activities will also be available for the children. Tickets are $10 per child.

An elaborate Easter egg hunt featuring 10,000 Easter eggs filled with toys will be held on April 1 at 22-55 31st St in Astoria. The event will be attended by the Easter Bunny, and will feature face painting, popcorn, balloon twisting, a photo booth, and a live DJ.

The event, which is being held by party planning service Blue Balloon Parties, will take place from 11 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Tickets are $35 per child, which includes access to all activities, a drink ticket, or $10 per adult, which includes a raffle ticket and drink ticket. If parents purchase a $45 VIP ticket, children will receive an additional raffle ticket and an Easter Basket.

There isn’t any only solution but heaps of options like I said at the
beginning, there’s no hard and fast manual that claims to
the purpose solutions to all of your issues. Today in the event you introduce a

Man sought for allegedly groping a subway rider while she waited on a platform in Elmhurst: NYPD

Police from the 112th Precinct in Forest Hills and Transit District 20 are looking for a man, who is built like an NFL player, for allegedly groping a 50-year-old woman as she waited for the subway near the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst on Monday morning.

The victim was standing on the southbound M/R platform at the 59th Avenue subway station on the Queens Boulevard line when a stranger approached her and touched her left buttocks, police said. The brute fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. The woman was not injured during the incident.
