Four men sought in gunpoint robbery at corner deli in Corona: NYPD

Nov. 28, 2023 By Bill Parry Police from the 110th Precinct are looking for a gunman and his three accomplices who robbed a corner deli in Corona on Nov. 26. Police say the robbery crew entered Red Delicious Deli & Grocery just before midnight when the ringleader pulled out a handgun and demanded cash. A 22-year old store worker and his fellow employee, a 32-year-old man, complied and the robbers left with $12,000 in cash and MetroCards, police said. Nov. 21, 2023 By Ethan Marshall The number of vehicles being stolen, categorized by the NYPD as grand larceny auto, has increased throughout Queens year-to-date, compared to the same period in 2022, according to the latest crime stats released by the NYPD. Grand larceny auto incidents are up 39.6% in northern Queens for the year through Nov. 19, rising from 1,718 incidents last year to 2,398 this year.
