Two 12-year-old boys were charged yesterday for making terrorist threats after a notebook was found earlier this month describing their plans to blow up their Elmhurst school.

The notebook contained elaborate plans to blow up Intermediate School 102, located at 55-24 Van Horn St., using grenades and rocket launchers.

The noted book was discovered in the school gym on Nov. 1 at around 11 a.m., police said.

“The boys posed no threat to the school in terms of actual grenades or rocket launchers,” a police spokesman said.

The boys were arrested on Nov. 16 around 8 p.m. and charged as juveniles. They are scheduled to appear in court on Monday.

The victim was standing on the southbound M/R platform at the 59th Avenue subway station on the Queens Boulevard line when a stranger approached her and touched her left buttocks, police said. The brute fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. The woman was not injured during the incident.
