Police have released photos of a man who allegedly masturbated in front of a woman on a bus in Elmhurst.

Police say that the incident took place on a Q47 bus near 74th Street and Roosevelt Avenue on Thursday at around 9:30 a.m.

The victim, a 25-year-old woman, was sitting on a bus seat when the suspect sat down in front of her. He then pulled out his penis and began to masturbate.

When the victim yelled at the man to stop, he quickly exited the bus and took off on foot.

Police describe the suspect as a male Pacific Islander.

Anyone with information is asked the NYPD Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS or Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA.

PACIFIC ISLANDER? Wow, that’s amazingly specific. Just glad they didn’t assume he’s Hispanic as they always do.

You should clarify, “usually” in a predominantly Hispanic neighborhood. Or do you think criminality is inherent? Same was once said about Irish gangs and Italian mafia.
