A woman who chased after two men who swiped her cell phone on the 7-train was pushed down the stairs at the Junction Blvd 7-train station while she was in pursuit, police said.

The 35-year-old woman was riding a Flushing bound 7-train on August 22nd, when two men snatched her Galaxy S6 cell phone as the train was approaching the Junction Blvd station, according to the NYPD.

The men fled the train at about 1:50 pm and the victim ran after the suspects.

She caught up to them, according to police, but was then pushed down the stairs. She was treated for an elbow injury at Elmhurst Hospital.

The investigation is still ongoing.
