A bicyclist was found dead on an East Elmhurst street yesterday after reportedly suffering a heart attack.

Rubelio Restrepo, 59, was discovered lying on the street at about 2:35 pm near the intersection of 30th Ave and 92nd Street, with his bicycle strewn across the pavement, according to the NYPD.

Police originally believed Restrepo was the victim of a hit-and-run. The police said the cause of his death is still being determined by the medical examiner. However, several reports say that he had a heart attack.
