The police have released footage of a man believed to have been involved in the shooting of a 24-year-man in front of 90-01 37th Avenue on Tuesday.
The shooting took place at 8:37 pm when the suspect shot the victim in the torso and then fled on foot. The victim went to Elmhurst hospital and was treated for his injuries.
The suspect has been described as Hispanic and was last seen wearing a black jacket, black pants, black sneakers and a black bandanna.

I literally live in the apartment connected to that bodega. On Dec 25th 2014 I saw the NYPd police with their canine unit and armed officers with M4’s and SWAT unit it was crazy to watch.
And where are the cops to stop them that’s right they were prolly sitting in their car bullshitting instead of doing there jobs when there’s a cop car parked on 90th and 37. The nypd are a pathetic joke.
