NYPD: Man slashed in face following dispute outside KFC on Northern Blvd.

The police released footage Wednesday of an individual who allegedly slashed a man’s face with a sharp object in front of KFC on Northern Boulevard last month.

The suspect allegedly got into a dispute with the 25-year-old victim in front of Kentucky Fried Chicken, located at 87-15 Northern Boulevard, at around 9:05 pm on November 10 and then struck the man in the face with a sharp object.

The victim suffered a laceration to his left cheek and was transported to Elmhurst General Hospital in serious but stable condition, according to police. The individual fled the location in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as a male Hispanic, 20 to 25 years old, 6″2, with cornrows and shoulder length braids; last seen wearing a dark colored hooded sweater, a light colored knit cap, light blue jeans and dark colored sneakers.

Too bad you can’t conceal carry in NYC. Just at the mercy of the criminals. Better hope you are lucky and never have to be assaulted.
