Moya to hold town hall meeting Thursday, city agencies to be represented

Residents of Corona and Jackson Heights will have a chance to get answers to any City-related questions Thursday night.

Assembly Member Francisco Moya is hosting a Quality of Life Town Hall to address constituent concerns tomorrow night with representatives from many different city agencies. The event will take place at 6 p.m. at VFW Post number 150 in Corona.

The meeting will feature a panel of agency officials, including the Department of Transportation, Department of Buildings, Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, NYS Liquor Authority, the 110th Precinct and Community Board 4, and residents will be able to ask any questions they may have.

According to his office, Moya holds these meetings about twice a year to gauge community issues and help connect residents with the agencies that can answer their questions.

The full list of panelists includes:

-Assembly Member Francisco P. Moya

-Department of Transportation Queens Borough Commissioner Nicole Garcia

– Director of Intergovernmental Affairs for the Department of Buildings Anthony Iliano

-Department of Mental Health and Mental Hygiene representative Joseph Marizzalino

– Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the New York State Liquor Authority Mike Jones

-Community Board District Manger Cristian Cassagnol

-Deputy Inspector Manson and Captain Ortiz of the 110th Precinct
