A man snatched an 84-year-old woman’s bag while she was walking down a Jackson Heights street Wednesday that contained her cell phone, a Metrocard and about $200 in cash, according to police.

The victim was in front of 35-55 80th Street at around 11:45 am, when the alleged perpetrator approached her from behind, grabbed her bag and fled southbound on 80th Street, police said.

The individual is described as a male Hispanic, 18 to 25 years old, 5’6″, 150lbs; last seen wearing a dark colored jacket, camouflage pants and white sneakers.

The government should spend some of its budget to upgrade those cámaras…so we can get a better image of the criminals out there! Hope he gets fought soon and bring it to justice …

Police from the 112th Precinct in Forest Hills and Transit District 20 are looking for a man, who is built like an NFL player, for allegedly groping a 50-year-old woman as she waited for the subway near the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst on Monday morning.

The victim was standing on the southbound M/R platform at the 59th Avenue subway station on the Queens Boulevard line when a stranger approached her and touched her left buttocks, police said. The brute fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. The woman was not injured during the incident.
