Police looking for 5 men who allegedly stabbed man and stole woman’s money on Jackson Heights street

The police are searching for five Hispanic men who alleged stabbed a man in the back in order to steal cash from his female companion.

The five men approached the victims, a 30-year-old man and 31-year-old woman, on Saturday, September 24, at around 3:30 am in the vicinity of 37th Avenue and 98 Street.

They stabbed the man in the back and forcibly removed $160 from the woman before fleeing the scene in an unknown direction. The man who was stabbed was transported to Elmhurst hospital where he was treated and released. The suspects have been described as follows:

Individual#1.  Male Hispanic, 5’8″, 145 to 155lbs, and was wearing a black t-shirt, jeans and a hat.

Individual#2.  Male Hispanic, 5’10”, 150lab to 170lbs, and was wearing a white t-shirt, and blue hat.

Individual#3. Male Hispanic, 5’7″, 140lbs, and was wearing Blue t-shirt and blue hat.

Individual#4. Male Hispanic, 5’8″, 150 to 160lbs, and was wearing Blue shirt, and blue hat.

Individual#5. Male Hispanic, 5’9″, 160 to 180Lbs., and was wearing dark color t-shirt, dark color hat and blue sneakers.
