The Parents Association at P.S. 69Q is hosting a flea market this weekend to raise funds to support school programs.

The flea market will be at the school from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday at 77-02 37th Avenue, and will have 34 vendors selling jewelry, antiques, household items, and much more.

According to Parents Association president Nora Bibb, shoppers will be able to find almost anything they could want at the flea market, except for food or anything dangerous to the environment.

Bibb explained that the Parent’s Association works to fulfill the needs of the school, and supports efforts such as the music and arts programs, replenishing art supplies, celebrating the teachers association, and much more.

All proceeds from the flea market will go to supporting school programs at the discretion of the Parents Association.
