A man was shot twice while being robbed in East Elmhurst Sunday.

Three suspects approached the 26-year-old victim in front of 96-10 31st Ave. at 4:30 a.m. Sunday and removed a chain he was wearing, according to police.

During the incident, one suspect pulled out his gun and shot the victim once in the abdomen and once in the shoulder, before fleeing the scene, police said.

Police have released surveillance photos of the three suspects, whom they describe as three males between the ages of 17 and 20. One of the suspects is described as being between 5-foot-11-inches and 6-feet-tall.

The victim was inside Pa Donde Tono Bar prior to the incident, according to police.

Police are asking anyone with any information to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).

Police from the 112th Precinct in Forest Hills and Transit District 20 are looking for a man, who is built like an NFL player, for allegedly groping a 50-year-old woman as she waited for the subway near the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst on Monday morning.

The victim was standing on the southbound M/R platform at the 59th Avenue subway station on the Queens Boulevard line when a stranger approached her and touched her left buttocks, police said. The brute fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. The woman was not injured during the incident.
