Suspect (NYPD)

The police are looking for man who allegedly used a screwdriver to break into a Jackson Heights apartment building Sunday to steal items from the mail room.
The suspect allegedly broke into an apartment complex located at 37-30 73rd St. at around 2 a.m. on April 17 by prying open the lobby door with a screwdriver.
Once inside, the suspect allegedly removed mail from the mailroom and packages from the package room, including one package that contained a QVC bracelet.
Police released photos and video of the suspect.

That was happening ALOT in my building during Covid and Xmas. The Superintendent had what they call “J-Bars” installed where it makes it impossible to manipulate the door latch. It obviously doesn’t prevent it completely, but it stopped it from happening much less frequent. He’s great! Definitely knows how to properly maintain his apartment buildings.
How does he have the keys to all the mailboxes???
Obviously, he did it before. The neighborhood will be served better when this moron is locked in & weld the door shut.
