A 79-year-old man was attacked and robbed by two suspects in broad daylight in Jackson Heights Tuesday, according to police.

The senior was in the vicinity of 81st Street and Roosevelt Avenue at around 4 p.m. when he was approached by the two perpetrators who pushed him to the ground, police said.

The alleged thieves then stole the victim’s wallet before fleeing on foot westbound on Roosevelt Avenue. The senior’s wallet contained around $1,000, police said.

The 79-year-old victim suffered minor lacerations and was treated for his injuries at the scene, cops said.

Police released video footage and images of the suspects wanted for questioning.
