Governor Andrew Cuomo was filmed Monday helping a man get out of a catering van after it had just crashed on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway in Woodside.

The incident took pace at around 1:15 p.m. when Cuomo was traveling along the expressway near Queens Boulevard and spotted a tipped van on its side leaning against a median.

Footage taken by his staff Monday showed the governor helping a man out of the driver’s seat. He intervened, according to reports, out of concern that the van could topple.

Cuomo and his staff arrived on the scene just prior to police.

Cuomo had just left an event for the Association for a Better New York in Manhattan where he announced a plan to expand Pennsylvania Station with the addition of eight new tracks.

Police from the 112th Precinct in Forest Hills and Transit District 20 are looking for a man, who is built like an NFL player, for allegedly groping a 50-year-old woman as she waited for the subway near the Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst on Monday morning.

The victim was standing on the southbound M/R platform at the 59th Avenue subway station on the Queens Boulevard line when a stranger approached her and touched her left buttocks, police said. The brute fled the scene on foot in an unknown direction. The woman was not injured during the incident.
