Caffe Bene opens today on 37th Avenue

The newest place to grab a cup of coffee, hang out or sit with a laptop opened today at 80-27 37th avenue in Jackson Heights.
Caffe Bene, a Korean franchise with 1,600 locations worldwide, is known for its waffles and honey breads, the signature items.
Hetal Doshi, a manager at the new location said the company is excited to open in the 1,300 square foot corner location in Jackson Heights.
“It’s an amazing neighborhood, it’s very diverse and very family-oriented,” she said. “We hope to serve the community and be a part of it.”
The menu will include drinks, sandwiches, gelato and other “yummy desserts.”
“It’s a cozy, comfortable place where you can grab a book and read,” Doshi said. The space even includes a library nook.
