These Jackson Heights “advertisements” never mention the “ethnic groups” living in the buildings which contain the block long magnificent award wining gardens. The Towers and Hampton Court have apartments listed at $975K one of them is a fourth floor walk up. Not to mention the Chateau, Elm Court, Dunnolly Gardens, Grey Stones and Linden Court just to name a few. The overwhelming majority of Co-op apartments are upper middle class and wealthy. These advertisements are selectively inclusive and misleading.
