A man was shot multiple times on Monday morning in Jackson Heights.

A 33-year-old victim was shot in the torso four times following a dispute with an unidentified suspect on Roosevelt Avenue, according to police.

The victim and suspect got into a dispute in front of Centro Billiards & Sports Bar, located at 86-10 Roosevelt Ave., near Elbertson Street, at 4:43 a.m., according to the NYPD.

The victim was taken to Elmhurst Hospital in critical condition.

The suspect fled and remains on the loose.

According to reports the victim was leaving the sports bar, but the incident did not originate there. It is unclear what started the argument.

Are you kidding me???? No way!!! How could thus happen on roosevelt ave?? Especially on this part of the avenue!! Its so nice and safe, the community must be devastated. Why there probably hasnt been a crime committed j n a few hours, its not like its an every few minute thing. It must be a misprint. No way this is true. How could i not hear about it, i was right there in a brothel. This u s shocking
