The Queens Place Mall is getting some fresh new tenants for hungry shoppers.
Chipotle and Teriyaki One are both opening locations on the street level of the mall located at 88-01 Queens Boulevard, according to the mall’s owner Madison International Realty.
Both are expected to open in the first quarter of 2020.
In addition, TeaCups will open in a new food court inside the mall’s ground level, next to Dunkin Donuts and Mrs. Fields, which are each relocating from their original spots in the mall. The food court is expected to open in summer 2020.
Chipotle and Teriyaki One have each signed long-term leases of 2,534 square feet and 1,134 square feet respectively.
The mall is now 98 percent leased, according to Madison International Realty.
“Our roster of new tenants and renewals, along with the new food court, will enhance our food and beverage offerings at Queens Place, which is a prime neighborhood location and one of the busiest in Queens,” said Evan Walke, Madison International Realty Portfolio Manager.
In addition to the new food court, the mall will receive a number of other upgrades including public WiFi, enhanced cell phone service and a refreshed common area with additional seating.
Flagship tenants in the Queens Place Mall include Target, Macy’s and Best Buy.
