The NYPD has apprehended a 21-year-old Woodhaven man who groped 10 different women in about an hour period Tuesday morning.

Stephen J. Delvalle Pena of Woodhaven was arrested Aug. 2 at 9:10 a.m. and charged with several counts of forcible touching, police officials said.

Delvalle Pena began his groping spree at 7:10 a.m. on July 30, forcibly touching a 47-year-old woman near 55th Avenue and 99th Street. He went on to touch nine more women, who range in age from 17 to 57 years old, until 8:15 a.m., according to police.

In once case, he approached a 30-year-old woman, slapped her buttocks and then ran off, cops said. Last week, the NYPD released a photo of Delvalle Pena in a shirt with the word “CHALLENGE” written across it.

I wonder if he was white would the comments be different. This society is so messed up. If he would of been white everyone would say he has mental health issues or blame it on video games like they usually do when a white person commits a crime but since he’s a hispanic he’s a child molester or a rapes as Sal said. Yet people forget he is someone’s son brother friend. The news lie and switch things around. People commit suicide because of the stupid comments people put on here.

With all of the cameras around on homes and businesses, don’t people realize if they commit a crime they’ll get caught because usually the pictures of them are so clear? They’re dumber than I thought. Glad they got him and I hope justice is served by keeping him off the streets! I hope the women he violated don’t let this scare them from living their lives. Ladies, stay strong.

Thank you to Sara Ross for being the only person to comment on the victims. I hope they have comfort in knowing this guy got caught. Now let’s see what sentence they give him.

It’s a shame people dislike this comment because he’s a Hispanic criminal, if he was white these liberals wouldn’t care!
