Man Attempts to Rob Apple Bank Branch on 37th Avenue: NYPD

A man attempted to rob a bank on 37th Avenue yesterday but his demand for cash was rejected by a teller.

The suspect entered Apple Bank, located at 78-01 37th Ave., on Monday at around 9:20 a.m. and handed a note to the teller seeking cash. The teller refused his request and the suspect fled the bank in an unknown direction.

The suspect is described as being black and in his mid 30s. He was wearing dark clothing at the time of the incident.

The police have released a photo of the suspect.

Which Wall? Is there one that keeps out black people? Not too bright? I wonder why the Trump-lover stereotype is racist?

Trump said Mexico would make a “one-time payment” to pay for the wall.

When it turned out that was a lie, he begged democrats for money, and lost.

So why don’t you tell Trump to build that wall? You were actually gullible enough to believe he would right?

Homeless men charged in deadly 7 train subway brawl in Woodside: DA

Three homeless men were arraigned in Queens Criminal Court on Tuesday and variously charged with felony robbery, attempted gang assault, and assault for allegedly stealing the belongings of a 69-year-old homeless man who was asleep on a Manhattan-bound 7 train in Woodside early Sunday morning.

The victim woke up and tried to regain his property. During the ensuing brawl, the victim fatally stabbed a 37-year-old assailant and slashed a second man. The victim has not been charged in the fatal stabbing. The investigation by the NYPD’s Queens Homicide Squad and members of the 108th Precinct in Long Island City remains ongoing.
