NYPD: Woman Groped on 7 Train Near Junction Blvd. Station

Police announced yesterday that they are searching for a man who allegedly groped a woman on the 7 train near the Junction Boulevard station in North Corona on Oct. 10.

The man allegedly grabbed a 32-year-old woman’s genitals as the Manhattan-bound train was approaching the station around 7 p.m. When the train reached the station, the suspect fled in an unknown direction, according to police.

The police describe the suspect as a Hispanic male, about 5 feet 5 inches tall and approximately 160 to 165 pounds with a scar on the back of his head.

Anyone with information in regards to this incident is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782).

Disgusting. We’d expect this from Trump, Ailes, O’Reilly, Roger Moore etc, not from members of our community.

Time for men to keep their hands to themselves or face legit consequences. Women-only cars are just an opportunity for people to ask a victim why she got in the mixed car.

An on-duty NYPD police officer was injured while standing on a foot post when he was struck by a glass bottle that was thrown from the 103rd Street-Corona Plaza, 7 train station above Roosevelt Avenue early Monday morning.
